Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
These tasks await you:
During your training as an industrial mechanic, you will be taught the basic skills of mechanical processing. These include metal-cutting manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, drilling and filing, as well as cutting, joining and forming processes such as lasering, welding and folding. You assemble mechanical components and are responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of devices and systems. In this way, you ensure that the machines are ready for operation and take measures in the event of faults. The use of circuit and function plans is also part of your daily work routine. After completing your training, you will work for us in maintenance or mechanical engineering.
The training is just right for you if
- You have a (qualifying) midschool diploma or, ideally, an intermediate school leaving certificate
- Technical subjects such as math and physics won't give you any problems
- Craftsmanship has always been your strength
- You enjoy screwing and repairing things
Working hours:
Normal shift at the start of training, later, if desired, morning shift and late shift on a weekly basis
Duration of training:
3.5 years
Vocational school:
Schwandorf; 1st and 2nd year of apprenticeship once or twice a week; 3rd and 4th year of apprenticeship once a week
