Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)
These tasks await you:
At the beginning of your training, you will learn the various cutting manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, drilling or filing. This is done both manually and with CNC control. Technical drawings and production orders form the basis for processing the components. These show you which processing steps must be carried out on the component. You will also learn how CNC-controlled machines and manufacturing systems are programmed, set up, commissioned and maintained. After processing the components, you will check and document the results and carry out a factory inspection. After completing your training, you will work with us as a CNC lathe (m/f/d) or CNC router (m/f/d) and produce parts for our in-house prototype, machine and device manufacturing.
The training is just right for you if
- You have a (qualifying) middle school diploma or ideally a middle school diploma
- It is easy for you to understand technical relationships
- You have good grades in mathematics and physics
- You enjoy working with various metals and the latest CNC machines every day
