3D measurement technician (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
• Operation / programming of measurement and testing devices including a Zeiss 3D measuring machine and its Calypso software
• Preparation of measurement reports, initial sample test reports for our components and assemblies and their administration
• Implementation, documentation and administration of incoming goods checks
• Measurement equipment analyses, measurement equipment management, measurement equipment calibration and maintenance
• Management of reserve patterns / comparison patterns
• Preparation of test plans for components and assemblies
• Metrological support and optimization of measurement processes in manufacturing and customer projects
Your profile:
• Completed technical training, e.g. as a toolmaker, industrial mechanic or comparable qualifications
• Knowledge of MS Office, Calypso measurement software and an IT affinity for ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Navision
• Good skills in handling and creating geometric product specifications
• Experience in using measurement devices and techniques as well as data analysis and evaluation
• Ability to work in a team as well as an independent, quality-conscious and communicative way of working
