Master thesis: Development of a LIM based inline microscope
Tasks:
- Preparation of a functional specification together with Innovation Manager Herbert Pichlik, our partner ICFO Barcelona and the Center for Artificial Intelligence (KIZ) at TH Nürnberg
- Selection and qualification of components
- Design and development of a demonstrator (embedded SW, LabVIEW, possibly HW)
- Development of vision capture and management software
- Development of 3D analysis software
- Development of communication interfaces to Project Glass 4.0
